MEMBER SHOWCASE: RON BUTTERFIELD
Meet Ron Butterfield!
Ron has been in the financial services industry for a long time and has just started his own consulting company, Butterfield Pathways! His work is that of a “Maximizer”. In his role at MetBank and in his consultancy, he works with individuals and groups to better focus on strengths as a way to stimulate personal and group excellence and to transform something strong into something superb.
When we asked him why he became a member and how he would benefit from The Bakery he replied, “I joined The Bakery because I believe it fills a desperate need for community among those who are immersed in the world of new ideas and learning from the knowledge of others. The benefit of being a member for me will be exposure to a much broader picture of the creative and entrepreneurial happenings in Sioux Falls!”
Something others may not know about Ron is that over his career he’s become known as “Father Ron”. Not because he’s a priest or minister, but because he’s a good listener and ask challenging questions. He helps people clarify what’s working and what’s not working in their life and work to develop a plan. A personal business model if you will, to maximize what’s working and minimize what’s not working. “I’ve found that very few people have diligently worked through their personal purpose, vision, and values. I love assisting them in that process so “Father Ron” it is!” Welcome to The Bakery, Ron! We can’t wait to have you around.
